Dave’s Carpet Cleaning Services is always a pleasure to work with. Scheduling an appointment is easy, and they even made it out to my house the day before Christmas Eve! The technicians/company was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. The older tech I think his name is Tony seemed to be very aggravated and in a rush. I could hear him talking down to the other tech and using foul language. I felt bad for the guy. The carpet itself was not cleaned very well. Their machine left black streaks on a portion of my carpet. When I paid for the service I had to call in and give my DEBIT CARD INFO OVER THE PHONE. AFTER GIVING MY INFO TO THE MAN OVER THE PHONE HE SAYS HE WASNT AT THE OFFICE AND HE WILL RUN IT LATER. I’m concerned about having my card info written down and saved for “later”. Just got a very uneasy feeling about the company as a whole. I thought because it was higher than what I normally pay I would be getting a better service. I was wrong.
