I called on July 21, 2022 at around 12:15. The woman I was speaking with was EXTREMELY RUDE ( she didn’t mention her name ) , I asked for a simple quote on rug cleaning & she insisted to say she needs measurements. She said there is no way to give a estimate without measurements. When I proceeded to ask for rough range & I understand she can’t give a precise amount she hung up in my face & wouldn’t answer the phone after I called back 4 times ! If I could rate lower than 1 star I would, I’m sure the work is wonderful but the customer service is horrible
