I usually write very good or very bad reviews, this one its not good,this one is beyond excellent. I contacted Kleen Kulture via IG, after a few messages we agreed on a day,time and price. Jay came to my home and did an excellent jog. He was honest about the cleaning process and results,took his time to really leave everything super clean. What I really like about him was, the conversation, I felt like I was talking to old friend, very respectful,humble and understanding plus his prices are very comfortable. So a bit late but I got my carpets cleaned on 05/13. Jay reached out to let me know there was traffic and would be running a little late which wasn’t a problem. Communicated previously as to pricing and when I requested pet stain removal/odor he worked with me. Took his time and did a FANTASTIC job!!! Was very happy with my carpet and would definitely use this company again!!

Kleen Kulture is the real deal. I had 1 bedroom( hadn't been clean in at least 2yrs) a hallway, living room and dining room cleaned and the carpet looks brand new. 10 out of 10. Plus Jay was pleasant and friendly. Thx again

Jay did a great job on the floors in one of my properties. Excellent customer service throughout the whole process. Sent before and after photos of the carpets, and was able to get them back to new.

Honestly, my experience with Jay was professional from beginning to end. He was fast to respond to my request for a quote and I was able to book for the next day. Communication was amazing and the work was nothing short of that as well. I most likely won’t hire anyone else for the job. Thank you Jay and God bless.
