Brady arrived on time, was very pleasant, and did a great job on the carpets! He did a thorough job, was very professional, and was very prompt. He was flexible in scheduling an appointment. He really helped with pet odors as well. Very through and takes his time to go over the details with you and also suggestions for future care of your carpet. They did an incredible job cleaning my bedroom carpet!!! There were some tough stains that they couldn't remove on the first try but they made 2-3 attempts using different approaches and were ultimately able to make the carpets look brand new. They did a great cleaning job and were much more reasonably priced than several other carpet cleaning companies we have contacted or used. I would definitely recommend them.

When we went out of town, our dogs peed all over our carpet! I thought we'd need to get it replaced but I'm so glad we first tried PRIME CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING. Mike came out the same day we called and did an excellent job!! No more pee smell! He was on time, kind and professional and really made my sectional feel brand new which is great! This is the second time I've used this company and I'd recommend and use them again.
