I had an excellent experience with ZEST CARPET specifically with Erik they are amazing people very fast, responsible, absolutely friendly, and knowledgeable I highly recommend this business.

My 3 small dogs that have peed on my 2 3x5 rugs for years and I could never get the smell out. Eric at Zest was my last try of cleaning them before throwing them away and he got the smells out!!! I’m so happy and excited that I get to use them again! 2nd post - we used Eric again and delivered once again! This time he cleaned an upholstered chair and an 8x10 checkered yellow and cream; both came back brighter and fresher! Eric is now our guy! 3rd Post! Erika restored and cleaned a Morrocan rug I did not store properly (rodent holes and it was filthy). My rug is alive again and has a new place in the house!!

Zest is the BEST! Eric was great at communicating, very friendly and very thorough! He even got what I thought were bleach stains out of the carpet. I am very happy with my clean carpets. I'll be using Zest again!

We recently had our carpet serviced and pointed out specific issues, particularly the dog pee stains. We were offered a good deal and agreed to it. The man was very good at talking and promised to do his best, with us acknowledging that the stains might only lighten and not fully disappear, which was acceptable since the stains were not very dark. However, upon delivery, we were shocked to see two large lines on the rug and the carpet looked dirtier than before. The man returned immediately, but claimed the line was just a shadow. It was clearly a buildup of dirt. Additionally, some knots in the rug were lifted, and he suggested we buy fabric glue to fix it ourselves. How is it fair for us to repair damage that wasn't there before? And how is the situation even acceptable when the knots weren't like that before?! Reading the negative reviews here, it's evident there's no sense of acknowledgment from this company--only excuses like "high traffic area" and suggestions to get a better vacuum. We went with you guys in order to get it cleaned not this disaster! How can you claim the carpet was cleaned when it looks worse? You also said it was "fluffy"? We didn't have it serviced for fluffiness; we wanted it cleaned. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, we were met with excuses. There was no offer to take the carpet back to fix the mess or provide a refund. We expect either no response or another round of excuses, as acknowledgment and proper customer service seem beyond this company. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since we informed you about the material to ensure proper handling and care. What a joke. With this kind of cleaning even a dollar wouldn't be worth it. P.s read some of your reviews thank God my boyfriend didn’t argue with you since you like to gaslight clients and yell in their own homes. How unprofessional
